Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original protective case and box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the frames are unworn and all original tags and cleaning cloths are included.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
